I’m Patrick…

…an opera singer, sausage slinger, and unapologetic purveyor of good vibes. While I was pursuing my masters in Vienna, Austria, I discovered that Vienna’s best-kept secret is the magic that happens after the curtain falls at the Vienna State Opera House. Right behind the theater, the Käsekrainer stands sizzle late into the night, serving up juicy, cheese-stuffed sausages to music lovers fresh from the show. Performers and audience members alike spill into the street, gossiping about the show they just saw and living their best lives — it’s a uniquely Austrian tradition I had to bring home. This is why you will often hear me belting Mozart while cooking a wiener or serving up a soft pretzel with a side of Beethoven.

I believe we should be out, proud, and unashamed to be who we are. Because life’s too short to dim your light — we should serrrve confidence hot off the grill.
